DMTF is pleased to recognize Hemal Shah (Broadcom Limited) as a 2016 Super Star Award recipient – DMTF’s equivalent of a lifetime achievement award. For over a decade, he has been one of the driving forces within the organization.
Hemal has served as DMTF’s Vice President of Technology since 2012, and the organization’s Senior Vice President since 2014. Having chaired multiple bodies within the organization, he has played a key role in shaping multiple standards, including the Common Information Model (CIM), Desktop and Mobile Architecture for System Hardware (DASH), Platform Management Components Intercommunication (PMCI), Redfish™, Systems Management Architecture for Server Hardware (SMASH), as well as the DMTF’s Security and Networking profiles.
