SPDM Technical Note Now Available

Companies face security risks, threats, and challenges to their computing infrastructure every day. Therefore, platform security is becoming increasingly important as the fundamental building block to enable infrastructure security from the ground up. As platform firmware components have become a new area for attacks, DMTF has developed the Security Protocol and Data Model (SPDM) standard to address these challenges.

DMTF Membership Invoices are Now Due

PMCI releases MCTP over USB Binding Specification WIP

DMTF announces the public release of the MCTP over USB Binding Specification (DSP0283) Work in Progress and is now available for download. This WIP defines a transport binding for facilitating MCTP communication between platform management system components (i.e. management controllers, management devices) over USB 2.0.

DMTF Welcomes New VP of Membership

Fernando Tavares of Positivo Tecnologia S.A. has been appointed to serve as DMTF’s vice president of membership. Fernando will play an important role in the organization as DMTF continues its commitment of providing value to its members.

Fernando will oversee the organization’s membership initiatives while striving to grow its domestic and global presence. Please join us as we welcome him in his new leadership role with DMTF!
