DMTF Releases Latest Version of Security Standard as Work in Progress

DMTF announces the public release of its Security Protocol and Data Model (SPDM) Specification 1.1.0b, is now available for download as a Work in Progress (WIP).

DMTF Releases CIM 2.53

DMTF recently published the latest release of the Common Information Model (CIM) Schema, version 2.53. The fifty-third update to the Common Information Model (CIM) since the launch of 2.0, this widely used standard provides a common definition of management information for systems, networks, applications and services.

DMTF to Exhibit at OCP 2020

Continuing its commitment to industry outreach and education, DMTF will participate in the Open Compute Project (OCP) Global Summit, March 4-5, as an exhibitor. Executives and representatives will be available in exhibit #C51 at the San Jose Convention Center to speak with attendees and answer questions about DMTF standards.

Designed to deliver simple and secure management for hybrid IT and the Software Defined Data Center (SDDC), the latest release of the Redfish standard includes 15 new schemas, 23 schema updates, and additional developer resources.

DMTF Releases the Initial Version of PLDM for Redfish Device Enablement and Related Specifications

DMTF has released the initial version of its Platform Level Data Model (PLDM) for Redfish Device Enablement Specification (RDE) specification. The RDE specification describes the operation and format of request messages (also referred to as commands) and response messages, designed to be delivered using PLDM messaging.
